Delete Bankruptcy Legally

delete bankruptcy legally, remove bankruptcy legally, how to remove bankruptcy, how to remove a bankruptcy, credit repair companies, credit repair company, delete my bankruptcy, remove my bankruptcyAn issue that may be running through your mind when you read this bankruptcy blog is if removing a bankruptcy or deleting a bankruptcy is legal. The answer is yes. Let me explain how to delete a bankruptcy legally. If you have an illegitimate bankruptcy lurking on your credit report or some of the information attached to it is incorrect, you can most certainly delete bankruptcy legally by disputing it and aggressively yet effectively approaching the credit bureaus to resolve the issue. You will have to write many, many letters, but in the end it will pay off. The credit bureaus will be sure to jerk you around a lot and try to scare you out of proceeding with deleting the bankruptcy, but don't let them intimidate you! It is just pencil pushing robots who process your letters (or simply leave the letters on their desk) anyway, so don't be scared! Most of the time when you get an "item verified" letter, it is simply because the person didn't get around to verifying you item(s) by the time they are required to, so they sent out a pre-written letter to meet the deadline so they don't get fired. This is the way to delete bankruptcy legally... Just continue sending the "dispute letters" and keep on keeping on! As Dori from Finding Nemo would say: "Just keep swimming...."

If you really need your bankruptcy removed, find any information you can on the subject and read, read, read! Where there's a will, there's a way. I am sure you will be able to get the bankruptcy to drop off your credit report before you know it. This is what happened with me and I am very glad I had persistence.

In order to put up with all the back and forth crap with the dispute letters, I finally hired a credit repair company to help me. They handled all the above mentioned things for me so I didn't have to worry about them. If you don't have a lot of time or don't like messing with the process and all the red tape involved, hiring a bankruptcy removal company is probably a good choice for you as well! Also, when you hire a company, they know the legality of everything involved with a bankruptcy, so they will know how to delete bankruptcy legally and will make things a whole lot easier for you! Sometimes it is simply best to hire a professional and be done with it... It will probably save you money in the long run (by having access to credit sooner and saving on interest rates) as well as the time you save by not having to deal with it.

It's really your choice which avenue to go, but keep in mind the tips I provided you with above. Whether you do it yourself or hire a credit repair company to delete the bankruptcy, be smart and be patient. Nothing happens overnight. Bankruptcy removal and "how to remove a bankruptcy legally" takes times no matter who does it.

About this Bankruptcy Removal Blog

bankruptcy removal, how to remove a bankruptcy, is it possible to remove a bankruptcy, bankruptcyHave you ever wondered if it is possible to remove a bankruptcy? How do you remove a bankruptcy? I have contemplated these questions myself as I filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy about 8 years ago. As you may know, a chapter 7 stays on the credit report for 10 years - an entire decade! In the past 8 years, I feel I have more than learned my lesson financially and I am ready to move on - except my credit report isn't ready. That bankruptcy is still on there right at the top where everyone and every bank can see it! It is demoralizing when I have completely gotten back on my feet and completely recovered from the bankruptcy only to be stopped from moving forward in my investing endeavors because of something that happened to me 8 years ago. How can I get a bankruptcy off my credit report? Do I absolutely have to wait 10 years for it to drop off? Removing a bankruptcy from a credit report is probably harder than it seems, so let's investigate.

I have had to dig long and hard to find out if this is possible. I have researched until I am blue in the face. I have done online research, asked friends and colleagues who have filed bankruptcy, read some books at the library... I have done everything I possibly could. Next, I resorted to paying to find out information. I paid for countless programs that claim to repair my credit - all to no avail. Mostly, I got ripped off. Some of them got a few minor inquiries or late payments off and nothing more. All of them so far have been a total waste of money. Worst of all, the bankruptcy still has not been removed.

I plan to continue trying out promising credit repair programs to see what happens. I am pretty sure they won't get the bankruptcy deleted, but I still have a glimmer of hope inside me! I am probably wasting my money, but that's beside the point! I want to honestly know if it is possible to remove a bankruptcy. I know, the mystery still remains, but I plan to find out for sure! Stay tuned to my blog to find out what I find out about how to delete a bankruptcy from a credit report. I think it is a good topic to investigate, whether or not it is possible to remove a bankruptcy, so I will not stop until I find out the truth! Bear with me here and I will get you the information ASAP!
